Check in was a bit confusing in that the clerk didn’t realize that I had already booked the room with an online company.

JUST DON'T!!! First of all, i made a reservation with Budget Inn. Which is next Door to this place. I go in, thinking I'm at Budget, and he tells me yes he has my reservation. I paid cash (thinking I'm saving him the 15% they charge him with the card) he had to switch my room TWICE because the rooms were so filthy!!! I was literally in tears thinking i was staying there!!! Dead bugs food scrapes on the floor moldy shower ETC ETC.. Then i realized my card was used.....next dr where my REAL RESERVATION was!!!!!! 😠😠 And no he didn't give me my cash back..... Budget next door, on the other hand, is extremely clean!!!!!! JUST DON'T DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so glad you asked for a review!!! The Relax Inn was a nigh**are! It was literally like Norman Bates home. The room was filthy! There were blood stains on the door and curtain, a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The linen is extremely dingy and has burn holes in everything.The shower hadn’t been cleaned since the place opened.Cigarette butts in the ash tray. The mini fridge was also filthy, never been wiped out. Even the light switch was dirty. This is probably why there’s a no refund policy. Spent the night in my car. Took a $85 shower… Wouldn’t recommend.

The parking lot is TINY. I have a full-sized suv and it barely had enough room to back out of the parking space without getting too close to the other vehicles. Lighting was less than desirable, in fact the light switch next to the door didn't turn any of the lights on. The shower curtain didn't close all the way (not large enough) so water got on the floor of the bathroom. No shelves or anything in the shower to set your shampoo, etc on. The bathroom window was open when we got in the room. When checking in another guest came in staying they had found bedbugs in their room. We did do a VERY thorough check of the ENTIRE room and found none in our room. The staff was VERY rude to thet who said that they had found bedbugs.
