Good welcoming at the reception, everything is clean and the rooms are nice and big. A lot of restaurant in the area. Breakfast room too small.

This was an excellent for us in Roswell, NM. The property is clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the location was ideal for our 2 night stay.

I have stayed at this location exclusively every time I come home, and usually it is a very excellent place to stay. This trip, however, it was not so good. The ice machine was out of order, you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted ice. it’s just not really sanitary, to me, considering we’re still struggling with so many illnesses…and very inconvenient for guest and employees. Breakfast was subpar, sadly. Usually it’s really good. The AC/heater unit the buttons are worn off and I had a heckuva time trying to find out how to get the heat on. The clerk did say it was their down season, so maybe that was it.

Our stay was very nice. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We were especially pleased that we had Direct TV and were able to watch the National Finals Rodeo!

The owners take pride in keeping their hotel very clean.
Sean and his staff and family are very friendly , welcoming and concerned that their guests are comfortable and satisfied!!

This place is an older motel with the doors facing parking lot and outside access. It is older but clean. Our room was decent and most important it was clean. It showed wear, caulk around tub etc, could be better, but it isn't a new building. I was actually surprised it was kept up as good as it is. The breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, rolls, donuts etc. which were good and plentiful. the area around was good and we felt safe there. There are also restaurants right next door and across the street.

Checking in was quick and easy, and the host was very cordial. Breakfast options were great, and the restaurant right next door was super convenient! Close to downtown area of Roswell. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean, front desk was friendly and helpful. It is a no frills hotel but for a one night stay on a road trip it was perfect and the price was right.
