I dropped hotel's small night stand while I was moving my luggage. It was broken and reported to hotel's staff. After talking to big boss, she asked CHF25(IKEA's price: CHF4.95) at first and I told her 5 times are too much. After this, she asked CHF10 and finally I paid CHF5. This is not the matter of money but the mstter of attitude. I used this hotel in December 2014 with a good memory but now gone with the wind.

A nice family property with parking if you are driving. A good dining room. Staff could be a bit more attentive.

Worst customer service I have ever received. They took my booking and I was to the hotel within 2 hours only to find out that they didn't have a key for me. They provided not solution and told me to take it up with the 3rd party booking site, *******. This was a non-refundable guarantee reservation. I'm still fighting to get my money back!

It’s perfect for family to get together . Children love to stay here with all children facilities:big children playing area indoor and outdoor with a park.Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast has some varieties and location is accessible to public transportation if you don’t drive. Parking is free!

Not a great experience. Chose this hotel as a functional stopover and I guess it delivered but the staff weren’t too welcoming and everything seemed a bit too inconvenient for them. The room was clean however so that’s a positive.

It was a clean place and the included breakfast was good. The kids also had fun at the playground close by.
The elevator only went to the second floor and our room was on the third, so it was hard to get there with all of our luggage.

1) The hotel didnt have our booking details and we literally had to wait for nearly 30 mins for the check in process.
2) The cleaning lady tried entering the room when i was changing.
3) When we went down for breakfast the next morning, the staff didnt have any record of us checked into their hotel. But they were kind enough to let us have breakfast
4) There was no air conditioning on a hot day. This may be because its usually cold place. But the hotel needs to be prepared to keep the guests comfortable during hot days as well.
