로토루아 시내에서 위치 가까운거, 가격 저렴한거 빼고는 전부 마음에 안 듬. 체크인을 오후 5시까지만 받고 비밀번호도 안 알려주고 알아서 꺼내가라는게 뭔말임? 심지어 리모델링 공사 중 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아니 양심 있으면 공사 중인 빌딩은 빼고 예약을 받아야지

Our room didn’t lock and was told it couldn’t be sorted until Monday which is really helpful considering that’s the day we were checking-out. On top of that they leave the front gate purposefully unlocked so anyone could come in and out of the hotel adding to our worries of leaving our things in the room. Staff were also very unhelpful and conveniently didn’t know when the public parking right outside the building was free, probably so we’d have to pay for their parking which is a hidden fee they don’t tell you about until you’re there. Every time we walked past reception a different guest was being told the same misinformation about parking so they must know as guests are often asking about it. The room is an absolute hot box and you simply can’t be in there during the day because it’s swelteringly hot with little air coming through even with the windows open. Some positives is that the kitchen facilities were good and the location is in a good spot for walking into town. Very disappointing stay and if we had more of a budget then we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Clean modern spacious good people friendly and helpful staff Kitchens are a great size lots of room to move around this establishment is spread over multiple buildings each with there own facilities. ie tv rooms kitchen many activities to do in each has a laundry. Lounge rooms are incredibly comfortable with bean bags sofas and large chairs. The hostel is located 3 minutes walk from CBD so is very close to all activities There are multiple supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The hostel is located directly opposite kuirau park worth a walk thru. Cannot say enough about the value of this hostel. Has various room sizes and bed choices really reccomend a stay p

Nice hostel, a bit big for my taste and there were a lot of people checked in. The hostel was clean and everything was nice, just not the friendliest hostel out there. Close to the free thermal park in town. I would stay here again if I were in Rotorua.

Good value for money, bunk beds made private since they have thick curtains. Place was being remodeled so common areas were usable but smelled of paint fumes. Front staff / customer service was quite disappointing - for a hostel, they werent friendly or approachable at all.
