I actually didn’t stay at all. I booked the hotel for 4nights, it was a business trip. Upon arrival, the hotel wasn’t or didn’t meet my expectations. I was willing to suck it up and bear, but when I got in the room I just couldn’t fake it anymore. I called the front desk to help with a better room but she couldn’t. So brought my bags downstairs and told them I wanted to check out immediately. The hotel said the can only refund my money for 3nights, that since I already reserved the room and checked in I’d forfeit the pay for a night+taxes. So I let about a $110 go and got on the road shopping for a better hotel same evening☹️

Good hotel. They offer free cookies and popcorn for guests, which my kids enjoyed. Good breakfast. The indoor pool is a good size and depth, but very slippery floor around the pool.

I thought the hotel was nice. I would recommend bringing you own pillow. However, everything else was on par. Pool was warm and inviting, hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Great location, great value, great service and great rooms, clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff were friendly and responsive, cookies and popcorn was a very nice touch.

We weren’t aware when we booked that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The lobby is ripped up and the areas such as the elevator and pool that aren’t being worked on are in really bad shape. The pool is nasty and there were cockroach remains on the floor and the ice machines on the floors don’t work. Worst pillows too.

We had no idea our hotel was under construction! This was the worse, the breakfast area was dusty and the indoor pool was closed even though there are pictures of it on the listing. We had to call the desk because our neighbors were so noisy and loud! We could hear kids running in the hall!

The staff where very helpful especially Cesar who was on duty when we arrived and was patient whilst we sorted out the miscommunication from ******* to the hotel as ******* hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel despite us booking and paying for it in May 2023.between the lovely lady at ******* relocations and Cesar the error was rectified fairly quickly.

The hotel is under renovation which is good but there were spots in our room that didn’t look finished - the bed was very hard and we prefer a softer mattress - walls were thin - we could hear people all around us - maybe when renovating finished it will be better - staff was friendly
