I like the idea the hotel had dishes, even though I didn’t use them. I like the couch to relax on after a day of traveling.

It was a very clean hotel, great, safe location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have used a couple more options, like bacon, sausage, fruit

Hotel chosen because they are pet friendly. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner/heater only worked when it wanted to. Staff upon check in not super helpful, asked for possible room change and was denied because of booking thru third party. Rewards not offered. We will not stay here again.

Front desk let people check in to rooms that were not authorized to.
Final cost was much more than the amount I was quoted on your website.

I booked a room that stated full kitchen. The room had a kitchen but no stove. I called the front desk the gentleman stated there are no stoves in any of the rooms but they can send up a hot plate. I wish i would have knew that. I would have stayed at a Wyndham who offer full kitchen with a stove. Taking a shower the water was luke warm more to the cold side. I am not happy with the false advertisement stating full kitchen and no hot water. I paid way too much for this room considering I could have gotten a cheaper room with less amenities within the same area.
