This place is amazing . Staff is friendly and accommodating . Food was great and the room was comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

From the outside, the property looked very gorgeous. Once in the resort and spending some time in the resort, the resort wasn't all that great.

used to be better, who is it for an whole hour at the French restaurant just to get an appetizer to begin with nobody was paying attention to us at all

Our stay was 7 days. We enjoyed the staff and the food was amazing! As someone with moderate mobility issues, elevators are a necessity, two out of the three in our building did not work and we were on the 7th floor. Asked for a room change and were not accommodated. Nights 2-5 we had no air conditioning and no fan available. Day 4 we had no water in our room. This was fixed fairly quickly. But the no air conditioning was unbearable. Sheets were wet, tile floor was wet and dangerously slippery.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Rooms were dated. I didn’t receive sea view until the 3rd day, which I didn’t want to move all of my stuff.
Stairways had dead roaches, which were there for several days.

Some of the staff seem to treat certain guests better than others - which can be very discouraging.

We could not get reservations at Mikado, The Knife or Dolce Vita restaurants while we where there.
The information on the app concerning entertainment did not always clearly provide information as to where the entertainment was taking place. For example if it said there would be a saxophonist it simply said "live music" without telling you where that was.

Overall the stay was great. The food was good, staff were fairly friendly and helpful! They definitely need to do some overall updating and fixes though… elevator shut down a few times, A/C stopped working for two days, and holes dripping water from some hallway ceilings. But the place was kept fairly tidy overall otherwise!
