Ok we paid for a 2 queen, 1 sofa bed suite for the weekend recently. However, we found quite a few things wrong with this room. On top of it the hotel charges you a $25 incidental fee to be returned upon checkout. I have yet to receive mine and I feel it's because I complained about the issues with our room. Here are said issues: #1 the front door sweep to the room is all chewed up so air, bugs, etc. comes in & out as well as you can see under the door outside & vice versa. #2 there were bugs on the bottom of the floor lamp as well as under the sofa bed. #3 there was trash and food bits under the sofa bed, so obviously they don't vacuum. #4 The living area furniture is torn, shredded in places and stained. #5 the carpet in the living area is also shredded and torn. #6 there was hair in the tub and along the side of it so it was not cleaned and we had to do it in order to shower. #7 the safety handle in the shower is rusted and rust stains run down the inside of it. #8 the phones in the room no longer work because they said it was struck by lightning 2 years ago and just aren't going to fix them! So you better have a cell phone to call for help! What a disappointing stay! DO NOT STAY HERE! I have been in contact with Choice Hotels (who owns Clarion Inns & Suites) and they have apologized and just offered me 8,000 points for my "troubles". They have not said if they will address any of their hotel issues there or not. DO NOT STAY HERE!
