Nice stay, unfortunately jacuzzi was reading over 140degrees almost burned my daughters skin. Staff was unaware, overall stay was amazing. Great staff and maintenance came on site quickly. But stayed at this hotel in winter specifically for jacuzzi that was not at all able to be used.

We had thousands of tiny ants in our room, the filters were covered in dust. The bathroom was like with what appeared to be black mold. The bottom of the hot tub was caked in dirt, when the jacuzzi was turned on people in the hot tub were sitting and bathing in dirt

Dirty, smelly and rundown. Very loud pounding of kids late night parties and packed into rooms. Limited staff to address.

Had to have a dirty chair removed from my room. It was disgusting, and there were stains all over the rugs. The place was not clean at all.

Front desk staff were personable, responsive and helpful. Pool and hot tub fun for the kids after a day of skiing. Room clean, had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had many choices and was good; it was busy and staff were on top of it. 25 min from Okemo. Excellent stay, will come back.

It was beyond my expectations. Rooms were large, hot breakfast was good, it’s only 25min to the ski mountains, restaurants are nearby. It’s Comfort Inn so if you are not expecting Ritz Carlton level of facilities and services, you will be satisfied. I definitely will stay again.

Stay 4 days for a snowboard trip, nice clean hotel close to the mountains. Good complementary breakfast as well.

Front desk representative extremely rude. Argumentative and disrespectful! Was not allowed to stay because I live locally. Should’ve been listed so I wouldn’t have to wait for a refund.

Comfortable room but could hear every time a door closed out in the hallway. The doors are built to close themselves when released, but they are not built to do so quietly. Trying to get some sleep in the late afternoon was a lost cause.
