Seashell Julai'a Hotel & Resort Family Resort

We stayed there in a one bedroom studio for Eid vacation for 2 nights: July 9 to July 11 2022. First response from the hotel is very poor for reservation. After we got there and got to the room it smelled like smoke and the furniture is very old. It seemed like the time stopped for them about 20 years ago. We went to the beach and we found a very dirty beach full of garbage on the sand and the swimming area is separated and very small and there was more than 20 jet skis driving around and are very loud. The beach chairs are dirty and oily. Honestly you will not lay on them what so ever. After we found out the poor quality of the resort I went to the front desk to complain. They told me to write down my concerns on a blank piece of paper. I told them I don’t want to stay the second night, and asked if I could check out the next morning. But as I expected they refused and told me I will lose the money for the second night. I told them I don’t need a refund if they could give me a credit for another night that I can use in the winter where I will not access their beach. But they refused also. They called the manager on duty and came and told me the same thing and acted like what I am asking for is unheard of. I think they have a lot to learn about hospitality business. Unfortunately I had to stay the two nights. When I came to check out they had me wait about half hour for room service to check the room btw they make you pay deposit in advance on debit card they don’t hold it on a credit card so you have to wait when you check out to give you the money in cash. While I was waiting for check out another gentleman was also waiting and they told him the 2 teaspoons are missing from his room!!! They accused him of taking them. He had to call his wife and she said she never used any spoons in the room. Anyway I think I wrote a lot but honestly this is a very terrible place to go to. Thank you for reading all this.
