Started with hair in the bath room. They charged $10 for parking suppose to have security but we had our rear window smashed out and stuff stolen.

The hotel was clean, which is very important to me! The customer and housekeeping services were great with attentiveness and accommodation. For instance, I am allergic to feathered materials, so I asked for cotton pillows and comforter/blanket. The lady at the front desk (forgot her name) immediately called housekeeping to convert my room to cotton only. The housekeeping lady was really nice while doing her job with a smile (needless to say I did tip her). However, the hotel is next to a train track, and I was woken up by the train "choo choo" sounds with both days staying there... not once, not twice but three times in the middle of the night. In addition, there were people talking really loud around 1 a.m., which also woke me up. I had early meetings on both days, and being woken up both days with the loud train and people talking noises was exhausting and frustrating. I will only come back there if I am desperate. If you do not mind being woken up in the middle of the night with the loud train sound and people talking then by all means.

The stay was ok. The $250 deposit for the rooms is a bit excessive. The toilet had a loud drip all night long, elevator broke down

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the hot tub was being worked on, that’s why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because my husband could have used it! Nice lounge in the lobby. Super close to everything. We will be back next month. Highly recommend!!

There is no restaurant, no room service. It's a partial Starbucks with microwave type heated food. The water dried out my skin really badly, it is probably a vat type of system instead of water heaters, and they add a lot of chemicals to the water. It took 4 days to fix my dried out hands and arms and legs just from being there for one night. I ordered a hot coffee drink from the Starbucks and they made the wrong thing, not what I paid for, and it was luke warm, not hot and it took a long time. Not good.

Air conditioner in the room and ventilation fan in washroom are noisy, which affected our sleep at night.

Room was very clean. Food was excellent. Staff were very professional, yet friendly. Only problem was the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of service so I had to go to 3rd floor to get ice.

Over night stay, clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was a little dark, but very nice.
