I was put off by the desk manager who charged $10 to park our vehicle. What a scam! After signing up for the hotel, I had a bounce back notice saying their fitness room was not available so I already felt the room rate was not worth what was charged and then he wanted $10 more just to park. Not a good location and difficult to get to.

There was no water pressure in the shower, the tv signal went out during our stay, and there were homeless people using ***** while walking to our car in the parking lot. Despite the room being vacant, we were also charged a 1/2 day for checking in early.

Honestly this the worst hotel ever stayed at as bad as a motel 6 not only did we get book the wrong room but ended up finding dry blood all over the pillows of one our bed and the staff did not care what so ever refund us our refund the most they can do was give us free parking lmao what a joke of a hotel last time ill stay at a holiday inn

Very nice clean hotel. We arrived an hour and a half early for check in and the receptionist was very nice and let us check in early.

The rooms were so clean and tidy. They had no bad smells. Everything was in perfect condition. The beds were nice and soft and the staff was friendly. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen in Sacramento so far the only thing I didn’t like about it if you had to drive a ways to find something good to eat.

The staff at the counter were amazing. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered the building. Clean rooms. Everything was great.

Property is newly remodled which was nice. Updated rooms. Breakfast was ehh..ok. not happy with paying $10 per day for parking while I am a guest. Area is right off freeway. Not a good part of town. No food or bar in walking distance. Hotel itself was clean if you just want a place to sleep for the night.

Super clean rooms and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet with many options. $13 uber ride to the arden mall area. Only didappointing thing was the pool was closed for repair. Otherwise everything wad great. Atm on site as well!
