Kimpton Sawyer Hotel

為了探訪親戚，選了離她們家近的酒店。每晚平均接近300美金的房價。以一個晚上2000人民幣來看，房間持續有灰塵，地毯不太清潔，有可能太多旅客，沒辦法做到位。住了4天當中，2大一小，事先告知過，但是每一天都要再次告知多提供一套浴巾。床鋪的床單不夠長，所以漏出了一截保潔墊，甚至鋪了床忘了整理枕頭…為了清潔，燈具擺到床頭上忘了放回去…諸如此類的小事。房間隔音非常不好，除了透過浴室通風管道可以三不五時聽到外面街上呼嘯而過的車聲，入住第三天有大型婚禮，隔壁客人派對到凌晨12:30，前台告知了好幾次，才作罷。 地段還不錯，靠近舊城，state capital…但是因為地處downtown，有非常多年輕人。入住第二天晚上碰到Blink182的演出，廣場，附近店家，餐廳全是歌迷，空氣瀰漫著濃濃的煙味。再來就是早餐衹能叫到房間用，沒有提供早餐的餐廳，也沒有超市（酒店不提供水，跟前台要水會有額外付費）對帶着孩子來説不太習慣也不方便。比較偏商務及年輕，Posh！酒店泳池不錯，衹可惜開到晚上7:00。對Sac夏季來説，有點早。 整體來説，這是一家適合年輕人，不適合家庭旅行的酒店。酒店的staff倒是還不錯。衹是我個人年紀較大，下次應該不會再回到這家酒店。

純商務酒店，來看kings 比賽首選，到golden one 賽場就幾十米吧，應該客隊入住也在這裏，所以有球迷等着見球星。其他的都一般，一大早就催你退房了 沒什麼吃早餐的，薩克拉門託感覺治安也一般

設施設備一般，衞生一般。

房間較大，但是裝修設施感覺有點舊

Our family recently stayed at the Kimpton Sawyer for a 2 night get away to celebrate 2 birthdays and go to a concert. Situated in a prime location backed up to DOCO and overlooking the Golden One Arena made it easy for us to explore easily get to the concert venue without driving around at all after dropping our truck at the valet. The surrounding area is vibrant and offers plenty of dining and shopping options and felt safe for our teens as well. Our stay at the Sawyer exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service at check in (not sure her name, but it was august 24th at 3:23pm and she was wonderful), spacious accommodations well laid out with room for everything, and thoughtful touches (social hour, coffee bar and the pool experience) made our visit truly memorable. We felt valued and well-cared-for from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed here with my husband to attend the Aftershock music festival. I think this hotel caters to conventions and business people - not those on vacation. I should have done more research. We checked in at 7pm and our room was not ready. 7pm!!! really? We were led to believe the poolside "restaurant" was a real restaurant but from everything I could see it's a disco, not a restaurant so we left and went to a nearby one that was terrible. I take it Sacramento is not known for their cuisine. Although the pool did not have regular service due to time of year, you can scan a menu and order. But the food that arrived was inedible, delivered by an engineer of some sort ( I guess they don't have wait staff) and there's no fountain soda as it says on the menu - it's just a can. The furniture out by the pool was dirty as if there had been a party there the night before and there was food ground into the walking surface that had also not been cleaned. Gross! The lobby restaurant on the lobby level, at the time we checked, was so loud and crowded that we didn't even attempt it. I think this lobby restaurant is so crowded because the other "restaurant" isn't one. On the brighter side, the room was clean and housekeeping was good. The coffee maker in the room worked. The front desk staff try very hard and tried to compensate us for the mishaps. But I suspect corporate Kimpton rules here and has the hotel on a tight budget. There is only so much the limited staff can do here and it's not necessarily their fault. Corporate cuts corners for their profit and the staff are left there to deal with unhappy guests.

We have stayed here before and highly recommend this place. Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and the place is fabulous. A bit pricey but worth it. It's right next to the stadium and concert venues. The bar is fabulous as well, I have no concerns or complaints.

We have stayed here 2 other times and it was amazing. Not so much this time. Our room smelled like a dirty, wet dog upon arrival. The mini bar was never restocked. The water for purchase in the room was not restocked. I texted for water to be restocked tonight and was told it would be delivered by housekeeping. After an hour, I just ordered door dash and got water from then. Self parking was not available for 2 days thus far in our stay (still here unfortunately) which forced us to valet park at a higher cost. I am by no means cheap but the fact that I was forced to valet hen I didn't want to is ridiculous. I come to Sacramento once a year. I will not be staying here in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton and it was a great experience. Our room was clean spacious. The location is ideal, right next to Golden 1 Center, which made it incredibly convenient for attending the concert I was there for. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, offering stunning views of the skyline and a perfect spot to relax.
