The air didn’t work and power went out in the middle of the night. We had a room right next to maintenance closet downstairs. It was loud and hot. Checked out a day early and no refund was offered.

This was an older hotel that they were in the middle of renovating. Even though it was older it was still very nice. Rooms were very quiet which was a huge plus. The beds though were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Hope they are including them in there renovation!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and very quiet. A lot of the facilities were not open due to construction. We did not hear anything from the construction. Just amenities were not available and parking can be tricky due to construction equipment.
Staff were very friendly and once in room we didn’t hear a peep.

Property is in transition to the Hilton brand & major renovation going on. Parking was very limited for hotel guests & shared with restaurant guests which is independent of the hotel. Restaurants was not available to hotel guest both nights we were there (closed earlier than indicated & a private party). Our room on the first floor behind the front desk area. Noisy & used to stash housekeeping carts. No rooms available for us to move.
On the plus side, good location to access the beach & very friendly, helpful front desk staff.

When we checked in, they had us in a room with only 1 king bed. Our reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds, so they gave us another room on them for the night and put us the correct room the next morning. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay there again.

As mentioned in other reviews the place is under construction which means some of the amenities are not available. Good luck checking in early. My room and every other guest I saw did not have rooms available until then. Our room looked like it had been literally slapped together with various furniture so that we would have a room to stay in. It was spacious and clean but lacked any real charm, not a towel rack available in the bathroom and one small wastebasket in the entire room that I had to put trash bag into myself. The little coffee machine in the room was stocked with only decaf, which is a brutal thing to find out in the morning. Also the bathroom was lit by a plug in lamp. The pool is nice, hot tub is cold though, not heated in the least. It’s a good location and the place has a lot of potential. If it were in a cheezit commercial it would be considered “not ready”. They should hold off on having rooms available until they are actually really ready to go. Hopefully the place gets it together down the line because then it would be a nice place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is under some pretty major renovations, but that didn’t affect us too much. Other than the gym/spa being closed. Only downsides were that the hot tub was not working properly, and the couch in our room smelled like pee. But all that being said, we would definitely stay there again!

Property was under construction but staff was very transparent about that.
Parking is a challenge but luckily we got the last space in the overflow lot.
Overall great value for money in a great location
