The cellular service here wasn’t that great. The WiFi service was very weak. The breakfast at the restaurant was really over priced. The top to floors are closed due to construction. Tap tap tap. Bang bang bang is what you will hear. The hallways are very loud due to nothing to buffer the sound.

This is a very nice hotel, above average. I gave it 4 stars only because there is still construction going on, which even on the first floor can be heard. Also the hot tub was not working while we were there. And just to be aware, breakfast is “available” but not included. It is very near the beach, just a quick walk, which was very nice.

Really enjoyed this resort and that our room had a nice ocean view, even though a little distant but gorgeous! And that our room had a large Jacuzzi tub! Lovely room and the hotel was convenient to several good restaurants. Some certainly walkable. We did not use the hotel restaurant on this adventure. Stayed 4 nights. And saw the lovely Chris**as lights of St. Augustine.

at the front desk, Charlene & Darren were unbelievably friendly, and quality individuals. They took prompt care of my needs, and had great suggestions. They made definitely brought my stay at this hotel up a notch.

We liked the beach access but the toilet or the shower didn’t work and we were moved to a downgraded room without being offered any financial compensation . The restaurant in the hotel is very good and good service .

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room was very large. Bathroom really nice. Everything clean. It is a ways from historic district (about 12 minute drive).

Staff was very nice and lobby and rooms are very nice. Under renovations and the king suite with jetted tub was not available and was downgraded to 2 double beds with only a shower. They were generous in their offer of a discount for inconvenience. Sauna and fitness rooms not open because of renovations. Thought to maybe at least enjoy the hot tub but was not filled with water!

Whatever happened to the idea of customer service? We were not able to be given the room type we reserved. Instead of truthfully saying that two floors of the hotel are under construction, we were told they tried to contact us about the change but our phone was disconnected. The assigned room was large but the bed was a back breaker and there was no window that would open for a hint of fresh air. The remodeled hotel will be very nice but until then, the unappreciated customer has many other good choices. At checkout, the receptionist said nothing.
