I was not aware until I checked in that the facilities were limited. The bar was not staffed and there are no lunchtime meals.

We often stay at Premier Inns and this was the best. All the arrangements etc what you would expect - clean, comfortable, quiet etc. The breakfast was great including perfectly poached eggs. And above all the staff, all of whom were kind, helpful and efficient and created a really good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and return.

Room was spotless and quiet , staff very helpful would definitely stay again … Good nights sleep . We didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on the food but looked a nice clean and comfortable area . Drinks from the bar wasn’t over inflated so all in all a great over night stop .

Great location (10 min walk into the centre of St David's), seemed very newly refurbished and the receptionist was extremely helpful when I forgot something at the hotel

Poor customer service.To pay £110, arrive 30 minutes before 3 pm and find no one at reception to check room availability was well below standard of other hotels. At 3pm reception personnel arrived to a long queue of frustrated customers. We received just one key for two people when two keys are essential when you have key access to lifts. When a second was requested having already met the receptionist minutes before I was told it was not the policy! What has happened to Premier inn's customer relations!

Stayed 1 night in May 24 Good - clean room, good size tv, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast in morning and waiting on staff (table service for cooked breakfast), free car park but must enter registration on arrival, located within 5 minute walk of st. David’s Bad - premier inn booking system doesn’t show pre paid breakfast, doesn’t help when hotel manager is a jobsworth. Evening meal choice is limited and not the most healthy of choices. No decaff teabags available.

As usual Premier Inn is a great place to stay, lovely clean room and a fantastic bed, best sleep ever, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is good, breakfast is great and unlimited, great price to stay there, have stayed in Premier Inns in a few different towns and cities always great rooms and service

I had an amazing dinner here, the staff have been excellent. I was served by Megan and Toby and they gave me excellent customer service and couldn't have done more for me.
