Hôtel ibis avec un personnel sympathique. La chambre (106) est très propre (Petit bémol à l'arrière du sofa convertible, où il y a de la poussière). Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un large choix de produits. Le restaurant Courtepaille qui fait partie de l'hôtel a été très pratique, pour nous, vue notre heure d'arrivée tardive (21h).
Je recommande le sérieux de l'hôtel Ibis de Pontorson !

The cleaning was poor and the mattress was in such bad condition that I couldn't sleep well!

Very good service staff, nice and clean room and bath room. However, there is no water kettle and glass for hot water and tea in room.

If you're intending to visit Mont Saint Michel, this is a value option to consider. A few minutes away from the church site, the price paid for the spot (including the great breakfast) along with the staff who took the time to assist us in improving our French, made the visit awesome.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Very kind and accommodating. The bike rentals were a life saver because the area is remote so there is no public transportation. Everything was very clean and up to date and there was great variety with the breakfast buffet.

The location is in the middle of nowhere unless you have car. Taxi is pretty pricey to and from Pontorson-Mont St Michel train station.

Very odd to not have Kettles in the room had to go down to bar and pay Everytime you want a cup of tea or coffee and to get water for heating bottles very frustrating.
Also group of very rude Americans that were loud and ruined the dining experience they even asked to be moved away from children within earshot of all the families

I booked the family room with half board, but was surprised to know that dinner and breakfast are still needed zu pay separately for kids. In total we paid the room with real half board over 300 euros. It would be great to know in advance.
