酒店位於市中心的大街上，往返機場及各大景點都非常方便。樓下還有超級市場。房間面積比預期中大，乾淨企理，廁所還有浴缸，玩完一整天後，可以浸浴消除疲勞。不過房間的隔音設施比較差，經常聽到走廊和隔籬房的聲音，睡眠質素會受影響。

Need more staff, needs maintenance and cleaning. Room was dirty, mould, broken bathroom fan, air con broken, shower poor, dirty. Doesn’t feel safe.

Excellent manager, very visible, available and helpful. Staff hard working (possibly short staffed) and very pleasant. Charing Cross Premier Inn is ideally situated, in a pedestrian shopping area 5 brisk mins walk to bus station which takes to anywhere on island and to airport.

We stay at Premier Inns across the UK and this stay was disappointing. Firstly we had two rooms booked and my card was incorrectly billed for both rooms despite two cards being presented. We now need to check whether we paid 3 times. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling paint and looked very tired. We only had one towel in the room on arrival. Coffee sachets ran out in reception too. Overall not great.

We stayed on the top floor in a standard room in May. Very quiet and with a view of the quiet street below. This hotel is situated over the CO-OP food store which is very convenient if you need snacks and drinks for your day out. Very good position only 10 minute walk from the bus station. You just need to keep an eye on the food and drink prices in the restaurant as the prices on the drinks menu are lower than what is charged and the meal deal cost advertised on cards in the bedrooms was also less than the current charge. Other than this everything was fine for us and we would happily return.

Fantastic location, right in the centre, we had a premier plus room on floor four, stayed three nights, would definitely say again and breakfast was great. Plenty of options, 5-10 minutes walk from bus station. You can catch the bus every 15 minutes or so,

Room 302 bathroom in poor condition and bedroom had multiple stains on curtains and carpet. Booked a twin and got a double bed. The bed had no support and gave in places. Informed the staff but no one followed up as promised.

Had a great stay, hotel is in a perfect, quiet location. Room was immaculate as was bedding and bathroom.

A very good hotel in a great location. Only drawback is the fact that a twin room is a double bed and a child’s bed. A pain for 2 adults that want a bed each, as in a twin room. I had the child’s bed. Not great!
