The location is great! 5 min walk to bus station. Breakfast is amazing! Strongly recommend!

Had a fabulous stay at the Royal Yacht, our Gold Twin room was really spacious and very clean. The food was excellent especially the breakfasts and the staff were really attentive and helpful.
Perfect location for accessing the local buses and tourist information. Would definitely stay here again.

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian).
Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte.
Big disappoin**ents are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

Arguably the best hotel in the area for someone looking to eat, drink and party at night as the hotel has it's own club.

I normally like staying at the yatch but the room this time had a very poor bed and was very unconfortable

We had a lovely 4 days at The Royal Yacht hotel, the room was spacious and welcoming, the staff were very helpful and the whole ambiance was good. The spa and gym were excellent and well maintained and much appreciated.
The breakfasts were very good with a large range of options, service was fast and efficient and the dining area has very spacious. We only ate lunch there once, in the Grill Bar, and it was an excellent meal. I can thoroughly recommend the hotel and St Helier, it was cheaper to fly to Jersey, have 4 days at The Royal Yacht than to have two nights at a similar hotel in The New Forest!

This hotel was so nice, even nicer than we expected! The room was beautiful, breakfast was good, and location is perfect. Would stay here again!
