Tru by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

I didn't like the fact that if you wanted parking you can either pay meter 2 dollars an hour from 8 in morning till 7 at night or you could do valet parking and that cost 55 plus tax a night. The price of hotel was cheaper then the parking. The gps going through the app they didn't give me alternative route when the street the hotel is on is blocked off due to construction. They did a housecleaning but forgot to leave towels so when I called from 9th floor they told me I had to come get them. The room was clean bed was comfortable they just need to tweek a few things

Tha lady behind the counter was awesome. The food was good room was clean

Clean and comfortable hotel

The hotel was great but the parking was very difficult. Nothing was mentioned when booking about needing to pay for parking or parking on the street

Staff was so friendly and kind, the hotel itself was beautiful. My room was excellent, it was a 20 min walk to the arch. Loved it.
