C'est un super endroit où séjourner, bonne accueil, par contre le spa est une expérience horrible, le massage est mauvais, et il retire 10 minutes pour apparement s'habiller, bonder de monde.

Business brought me to Saint-Malo but what a pleasure to come back after days of meetings to such a beautiful place. This was my first visit. The staff could not have been more hospitable and consistently provided service at the highest level. The Cap Horn restaurant was also spectacular with beautiful dishes and excellent service, perfect for hosting business dinners. I look forward to returning for pleasure and bringing my family. Thanks so much to the amazing team at Le Grand Hotel des Thermes!

too expensive for what it offers! it is not what it was. it is the 10th time i go. pervious time with family. we go there also for thalassotherapy. This time i asked for "rééducation". they charged extra about 300 euros although it was not an extra course. The level of treatment was amateurish and no more the 15'! the efficacity of the personnel was of being polite ! but not officiant. for the price I paid - in my judgment- i was 'stolen' ! there restaurants over evaluated.

Not worth it at all. Spend your money somewhere else. 9000 euro for one week for two people?! What a joke. And you don't have a choice to choose your treatments. You have to follow their packages because they know better. Poor scheduling of treatments leaving you walking around in a wet bathing suit for and hour and a half after jumping around in salt water for 15 minutes just so you can do the same for another 15 minutes.

Trip organised around the Thallasotherapie. Exceeded our expectations. Treatments were amazing, food excellent, location is remarkable, and staff is very attentive without being obtrusive. The arrival could have been slightly better handled by providing an orientation. Other slight criticism was the female pedicure - had to return for more nail varnish, and despite this there was still some of it coming off. Highly recommend!

What a grand hotel, so French it’s great!! However the view and the location even better!!! We stopped here for something to eat and drink before the ferry, we have never stopped here before wish we had booked in for the night last night and experienced all of it x

TOUT EST PARFAIT !! vraiment un très bel hôtel, très bien placé face à la mer, service impeccable, employé(e)s aux petits soins pour leurs clients, chambre spacieuse et confortable, les repas sont préparés avec des produits locaux et frais, possibilité de repas diététiques, côté thalasso les soins sont tellement agréables. c'est la meilleure thalasso que j'ai faite, le plus bel endroit. je recommande ++++

We had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the town. The hotel is furnished throughout to a very high standard. We had dinner in La Verrière restaurant, which was superb, and breakfast in Le Cap Horn, which was also excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and everything was at a very high standard. The old town of St Malo is a 20 minute walk along the promenade. The only drawback is that the pool is part of the Spa, so it appears that it can’t be used on a casual basis but needs to be part of a treatment regime.
