This property is perfectly lovely and the staff — and staff dogs!!! — are wonderful as so welcoming. Such a beautiful place. Check-in was quickly and simple, then the owner walked us to our room, which was old-world and loaded with character. Great swimming pool, pretty outdoor areas to relax or play table tennis, a lovely patio for a continental breakfast. I was actually quite sad to only stay one night (had plans elsewhere). Will probably return for a longer stay with some relaxation time built in.

I can highly recommend this hotel. It is a beautiful location and we enjoyed our stay very much. The a**osphere is relaxed and the staff are very friendly. Our dog was even welcome.

Positive: Very nice, helpful, sympathetic staff, nice location. Negative: Many things didn’t work as advertised: Jaccuzzi, Shower in the pool area, Fitness machines. In our room, there were many little things such as flickering lights, squeeking doors, very bad wifi, loose doorknobs, loose towels hangers, missing instructions for the safe, missing drawer knobs, etc. All these things could have been fixed with very little effort, even before our arrival, but that didn’t happen and tarnished our experience. Communication with management seemed difficult too. Even though they listened, they didn’t seem to hear us. We asked for the room to be cleaned every other day, but that did only happen if we reminded them daily, not very professional. The food was tasty but too expensive for the tiny portions, nothing for big eaters. An issue with the food was very poorly handled by managment. On the day of departure, our bill couldn’t be printed due to a « system update » so that we couldn’t check if everything was correct. We were told that the bill would be sent to us by email immediately, but until now nothing has arrived. Is that even legal?

As usual, this hotel is the most wonderful combination of low-key, relaxed a**osphere within standing environment. Decorated in white and colorful flowers, it has a bit of a Greek island feel even though the owners are Italian. It is quintessential Mediterranean style without the attitude of most luxury hotels in the region. Here you’re not in Cannes or St Tropez (thanks god). You are in a place where people are genuine and care. Service is wonderful. Breakfast is amazing. I recommend this Hotel to those who love the region and want to feel home.

We loved Hotel Le Hameau! It is charming and beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very true to the region. The location is perfect for walking to the old town of St. Paul de Vence (10 min walk) or exploring other towns (by car or bus ranging from a 10 min drive to an hour drive depending on where you want to go) in the region. The pool was great with beautiful views and very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with excellent service. Be sure to enjoy the fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh orange jam! We can't say enough about this hotel. It's a gem. We loved it and our young daughters loved it, too. Everyone felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay at Hotel Hameau. Nice pool with stunning view to the valley.

The grounds of the hotel were covered with beautiful flowers in the spring. But the staff were what made this place really special. Antonello and Valerie and the other staff members were super helpful, making us feel at home. They spoke several languages which helped as well. It’s a small hotel very quiet. It’s not in the heart of town but has a beautiful view looking at the town itself from a short distance. It’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.
