The Exchange Hotel

Front desk staff very friendly. Booked a king room and was given double beds. In order to get the room we booked, we would have been split up with others we were with ( which had king beds too) Disappointed we would be inconvenienced when that's what we originally booked and paid for. We were offered $20 valet fee waived. Room was dated and very basic. Didn't even have a counter on sink to do hair and get ready or hold a hair brush. Some outlets didn't work. Bartender great & friendly

Older but very clean hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Only downfall was tv small and should be mounted on wall for easy viewing. No where to sit toiletries in bathroom or in room. Would definitely stay there again though and recommend to others.

I booked based on reviews and I was incredibly disappointed. The lobby is cute and freshened up, but the rest of the hotel needs some love. There is mold on the AC vents, the halls are dingy, and the ice machine and elevator were broken. The staff is always smoking out front all night, and the door to the room did not lock properly.

This was a great place to stay for ability to walk to the baseball field and also to some great bars, restaurants and breweries- comfortable and the employees were all very friendly- not a large room (and the bathroom particularly was very small) but for the area it was in, who wanted to stay inside?!

Outside of the elevator being down, this was a perfect stay. Could not ask for more. The staff was top notch, especially Joe @ valet.

Very good location. hotel with renovated areas, friendly staff, easy processes and clean and comfortable room. The facility could use updating some of the furniture and room care. Overall very good value.

Friendly staff, clean room but needs a little updating like the bathroom tile, and touch up paint. Bed was good, pillows were good. Could not really get cool enough but managed.

Only stayed one night. Older hotel- shows in the rooms and carpet in hallways… had a musty odor. TINY bathrooms. No working elevator so had to carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights. Only good thing was the friendly staff. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very outdated, not adequately clean and there were lots of maintenance required. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up 2 flights to get to our room. The front desk and valet staff were great and super nice and helpful.
