酒店擁有悠久的歷史，很多名人都曾經在這裏留下過足跡，包括瑪麗蓮夢露，房間乾淨整潔寬敞，自助式入住也很方便，早餐也很豐富，一切都很完美。

I booked property because ******* claimed that the hotel was something like "9.5 Exceptional" even though it had a 3 star rating. It is an extremely old hotel that looks its age and was nowhere near what I expected based upon *******'s lofty rating. I blame ******* for my disappointment and will not believe future lofty recommendations.

The hotel was well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was very good. However, we could not get hot water for the shower on either of the 2 mornings we were there.

A very nice stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately location is not ideal, rather noisy while sitting by the pool

Our stay was wonderful! We were disappointed with the first room when we arrived, but upon letting the staff know they immediately put us in an upgraded room!

If you like classic hotel properties with much more feeling and warmth than many of the newer cookie cutter hotels, then you'll love the Crystal Bay Hotel. The sfaff are also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay and support.

I stayed at the Crystal Bay Hotel twice with my family and we had such a great experience that I need to write the review! This hotel for sure has an Old Hollywood feel! Stars stayed in there before and you feel like one. Cassandra and Rachel from the reception desk are the nicest, most welcoming people ever and they should be recognized and get a raise! Buffet style breakfast was great and we were full for hours! Frank Sinatra music was a plus too. Ok one of most surprising things was the fact that we slept like babies and it never happened at the hotel! Seriously 10h every night?! Location is pretty good because it’s only few minute drive from a Treasure Island. We can’t wait to stay there next time!
