This was our 4th visit to this resort in under a year so obviously we love it, but that has mainly to do with the amazing setting, the incredible pools and sea access, and the stunning stylish interiors. Where they are still falling short , unfortunately, is the food. The restaurant on the roof (Recife) is a Michelin star recipient and we have eaten there multiple times. I would recommend it but be aware its a tasting menu and you don't get a "normal" dining experience. So with that on the roof you would think their main restaurant on the pool level would also have good offerings and be tasty for those not wanting the tasting menu experience. But every trip over the last year has been plagued with bad food and slow service. This time was the same with one exception (our waiter that we had for all of our meals there -breakfasts , lunches and dinners- he was personable and as fast as he could be within the failed framework of the restaurant) During our initial visits to this amazing place in 2019 the food was fantastic at this restaurant but it has been bad every other visit. Also the poolside menu is not pool friendly and its not the food you crave when sunning and sipping on an aperol spritz or beautiful white wine. It's such a shame. Once they dial that stuff in, there will be no stopping them, but hey have quite a ways to go.
