Ee were still on the road to the hotel and were welcomed and told the hotel would close at 20.00. We were welcomed at 19.00 and the lady showed us the room. Hotel had large.parking and a secured gate after 20.00. Room was very nice with a mini fridge. We booked with breakfast, which was excellent. Very friendly man making sure the guest had all they needed. Were offered scrambled eggs. Unfortunately it was too windy and cold to take advantage of the nice pool. Will book again when visiting the area.

We found an insect crawling on our bed. So, naturally, we were concerned and presented the pictures and video to the front desk. After calling her manager, they offered to reimburse our stay and allow us to check out of the hotel, which we did. They gave us an email address at another hotel and instructed us to email our banking info for a refund. We did. However, after the day passed I suspected something was not right since there was no refund confirmation. I reached out to them again. An employee responded that they had nothing to do with Hotel Glanum. I reached out to *********** for help. I also sent another email addressed specifically to the manager. Hotel Glanum proceeded to lie to *********** about what had transpired, saying it was a spider and that our room had been upgraded after the incident as a gesture of goodwill. There was never a mention of an upgrade. And our pictures clear show that it was definitely not a spider. They refuse to refund our stay as was promised.

accueil froid. Pas commerçant du tout .. l impression d économie sur l électricité . Pas de lumière .. pas de service bar.. très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner . annonce du tarif sur le site et demande paiement en supplément .. quel dommage pour un site aussi sympas. Le serveur du petit déjeuner à relevé un peu le niveau de l accueil. ambiance froide !! Voir même glacée

Vraiment super pour tout , Très bien placé pour des visites de villages de monuments et découverte de la région Cet hôtel apporte tout satisfaction je le recommande il faut absolument y aller Vraiment super dans tous les domaines

Un très bon 3 étoiles, hôtel propre et calme. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand est varié chaque jour. Notre hôte du matin est très accueillante et attentionnée avec chaque client. Le SPA est agréable pour se détendre, son accès à 20€ / heure et par personne me paraît un peu excessif mais c’est le prix à payer pour le privatiser. Une grande piscine pour se délasser et s’allonger sur les transats à l’ombre des oliviers et là aussi la propreté est de rigueur.

Accueil fort agréable, belle chambre confortable, propre et calme aux milieu des oliviers et des cigales. Très bon petit déjeuner. il se situe à environ 1 km du centre ville de St Rémy de Provence. On peut y aller sans problème à pieds. Nous le recommandons.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ( trop court malheureusement, une semaine). L endroit est magnifique, à peine 10 min à pieds du centre de St Rémy. Les chambres ( avec entrée indépendante) sont joliment décorées très confortables, très bien équipées et bien insonorisées. Hygiène impeccable. Bravo au personnel de nettoyage des chambres. Tout le Personnel est sympathique et à l écoute de vos besoins. Le jardin est superbe, plein d oliviers et de bougainvilliers. Grande et belle piscine. Un grand parking sécurisé et gratuit. Un hôtel de taille moyenne ( une vingtaine de chambres) ce qui pour nous était important, nous n aimons pas les grosses structures. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un magnifique moment à la Villa Glanum. L'endroit est juste extraordinaire et le personnel attentif, souriant et disponible. Une grand MERCI particulier à Sophie pour son adorable attention à l'occasion de mon anniversaire. Cela m'a très touché. Une chose est sûr. A bientôt Villa Glanum !!!!

Literie parfaite, propreté très bien, calme excellent sauf pour certains motard qui prennent la monté vers le Glanum pour une piste de course, service de réception excellent mais il faut aussi être sympa avec le personnel qui gère cet établissement. Petit déjeuner de très bon aloi, il y a tout et encore plus. Parc pour voiture sécurisé très bien, petit bémol lorsque l'on vient pour la 1ère fois. Nous devons payer le séjour en arrivant. mais à part cela nous y retournerons sans problème.
