The upkeep of the rooms, exemple : the whirlpool faucet was loose, leaky toilet and the fireplace golden frame came off (in the middle of the night!!!) Need more ventilation like a ceiling fan.

We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.

shower wasn't clean and the room was not super clean either.
people were super loud but that is not the hotel fault
also it is not a hotel but a motel.. I dont know why they called themself hotel
would not go back

The property does not have enough parking lots. Also, WI-FI connection was poor

This hotel is in severe need of renovating. I have never been in such a poorly maintained room ever. Less than a 1 *. Staff was very kind though.

We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and nice and the town was so charming. I will come back again as soon as I get chance.

Excellent location, very clean & great staff. Only thing is it annonces breakfast included but when we went to go for breakfast the next morning there was none! They said since Covid that had not re-instated their breakfast. Well it has been quite awhile now that the Covid scare is over so I feel it is either time to re-instate their breakfast OR take it off the site which announces it is included it is now false advertising !

Lovely suite with kitchenette, hot tub and king-sized bed. Quiet, parking and wonderful staff. French or English. Smart TV a bonus. Excellent location
