Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from Umanand and his amazing team at the Manor Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at many luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the Manor club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the Manir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

St. Regis resorts in Goa is the best hotel ever seen. All the staff in the hotel were very courteous and very helpful. I attended 17th Les clefd O'r meet in this beautiful property in Goa. Specially I really appreciate dear chefs in this property who prepared an amazing Lunch for our whole group. I can't even forget the taste of each and every cuisine. Thank you chef for this. General manager Mr Satish Kumar a great leader and true gentleman. Sir thanks for your hospitality which your whole team shown during our event. Thanks Arushi and evil for your Hard work.

I would like to say that the team St Regis Goa is wonderful and entire team really work hard to make our event successful. I was there to attend our annual AGM of Les Clefs d'Or India. Mr Satish Kumar General Manager and the entire team done a great Job. A big thank you for all the Culinary team. Also Ms Arushi and Elvin thank you for making it possible.. Thank you Mr. Kumar for taking the educational session for our team. It was really great and unforgettable. Thank you team St Regis Goa.

WoW WoW WoW are the only words that express my trip on 3rd June to St Regis Goa. Right from the welcome to the end of the event everything was just perfect. Property is just mind blowing and the Hotel Staff are just the best in the Industry. Every aspect of the event from setup to the food presentation was to perfection and everyone liked it. Mr Satish Kumar and his entire team laid a Ref Carpet for the delegates. Truly recommend this place for all kind of activities. Rightly said we truly had the St REGIS EXPERIENCE. Thank you once again.

What a wonderful day at St Regis, the welcome and the entire F&B team to welcome us all and what a vibe and ambiance created for all. Elvin, Arushi & Priyanka were great hosts and we took lots of memories with us. Mr. Satish Kumar made sure he met all of us and what leadership qualities and personality he has, that can drive the place to be the best places to work in Goa for sure. Love the food spread and quodos to the entire team for the great show that they put up.

Loved this place . Resort have large open area where you can unwind and relax. It gives you your own space. Impressed with introductory session with General Manager Mr. Satish Kumar . He gave insights of hotels glorious history and how diligently it is being made. And he never forgets to appreciate his team , right from horticulture to f&b . Arushi and Elvin were at their best as usual. Another person I encountered at kids play room was Yoga instructor Ayushi . She is amazingly accomplished and have mastery over Yoga . She have indepth knowledge about yoga and is willing to share. Buggy drivers - sorry I won't say them drivers but ambassadors were always willing to direct ,give information and ride . Chefs were extra ordinary and cuisine with variety of food was simply marvelous.

Get lost in the luxury of st.regis...had stay of 4 days with my family .we have been visiting property since it was leela ...for this time star was Nipun from housekeeping...service was excellent. My kids loved the animals made out of towels .
