The hostel asked me to cancel just after confirmation without fees through whatsapp. When i call him he didnt pick up thr phone.Not reliable. I dont recommand the hostel as it is not professional especially when u are travelling alone in Colombia

We stayed here for two nights having not booked prior and arriving late evening. Alejandro and his family we’re so friendly and accommodating, they catered to our every need and offered fantastic service with a smile. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you.

We got in late on the evening having forgotten to fully book on *********** but the kind staff had a room made up in no time and were generally very helpful throughout our stay, between cooking a delicious breakfast at whichever time it was wanted and looking after us even after checking out and waiting for an evening bus. Highly recommend to all
