Super séjour, chambre familiale plutôt spacieuse. Emplacement idéal pour une journée au mont blanc très bien.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff and they serve a wonderful breakfast. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was quite empty (not enough furniture, only 1 chair and no sofa in the family room) and with cold floor. Sauna was very cold (60 degrees) and uncomfortable (it looks like it was designed to go downstairs in bathrobes, without storage compar**ents for clothes, but there are no bathrobes in the rooms). During the breakfast we waited for 10 minutes for table to be cleaned. Personal didn't really care about it to make it faster.

Sadly not a good experience. My main concern is for the staff. They are worked very hard and have their wages deducted for the smallest mistake. I saw one young man be told off for not replacing the ice bowl under the butter packs. The staff seemed lovely but the manager quite dominant. Room 10 has a hairdryer with exposed wires that has been sellotaped back to the wall. On the plus side, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean but overall it felt uncomfortable to see the way this hotel treated their staff

It is an option if you want a cheap stay near Chamonix. There are views of the mountains but it depends on the weather. I could not view due to fog covering the mountains. The drive to Chamonix is about an hour and about 2 hours to Geneva from here. The rooms are good with clean bedding. The reception is adequate. There is a restaurant not in the hotel but in a neighboring hotel. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and spa they advertised is not open. At least the website could have let us know. You can get by with English here. The location of the hotel is off the highway and you will have to drive a bit to get to restaurants and other amenities. Parking is free and this is a good benefit.

Unfortunately I had to visit Sallanches due to an accident and by coincidence I got to this hotel. So friendly and they took care of me in a way they didn’t have to. Simply being people with good hearts. Besides that super nice hotel!! Breakfast amazing and the food in the restaurant great! All stars to this hotel!
