Hilltop Inn - Salmon Arm

This hotel is terrible. The front desk sent us to a building next door, the condition way worse than the main building. Never visit again! Not recommended!

We stayed here en route to Victoria. Great location on the main Hwy by some good restaurants. The room (double queen) was exceptionally large and clean. The beds were very comfortable! The building we were in was concrete construction and very quiet. It was a bit dated but that’s OK. Came with a continental breakfast that also had hot eggs, sausage and hashbrowns.

Nice big and clean rooms. We randomly got the family room which had 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, dining table and both shower and tub in the toilet. Would be very handy for family stay. Not much around in terms of walkable restaurants so a car is needed. The complimentary breakfast was good. Staff are friendly. Good choice for the area.

We booked for 1 night as a mid stop to lake louise from Vancouver. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed for the rest break. Was easy to gind and close to any amenities that are needed . Would stay again .....

Wish I could give a zero My wife and I have stayed hear previously and had wonderful experiences till this last visit, at first glance room appeared clean however it was as if they never washed the floor in god knows when, sinks leaked water, heat in the room was either freezing cold or 10000 degrees and then the wall outlet the had the tv and phone and cable box just quit with no breaker or anything has to use an extension cord to even have tv the bathroom walls let out nicotine and anything else that was never cleaned just painted over after having a shower I could go on about the room with no option to be able to even change rooms, then upon checking out they overcharged us as well as changing the room rate every night also paid a deposit that they overcharged then didn't return all of and there was no damages or incidentals or anything charged to the room for room servic⁸e they say they have here just like the bistro rstraunt that only open from 7-10am for continental breakfast plus tried charging for 7 nights of pet fees plus 15% PST and GST plus 2 % hotel tax fee then telling it how it is. I have more negative about this hotel I could on about but save yourself time and hassle and stress DONT STAY HERE

Excellent value for money. Huge double bed room, clean, crisp bedsheets, quiet, comfortable and cozy. Easy check in and lovely staff. The included unlimited brekkie has all the basics a family could want: kids cereals, fresh fruits, milk, yogurts, toast, and traditional eggs and sausage etc.

Guest service agent was pleasant. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Shower was decent. Quiet in the hotel. Buffet breakfast could be improved (waffles and fresh made scrambled eggs) and coffee was not my favorite.
