Excellent location right in the heart of Salzburg’s old town!! Small and chic boutique hotel!! Super friendly employees!! Very spacious and comfortable rooms!! Right next to many shops and restaurants!! It was unexpected how nice this hotel was plus its location was hard to beat!! Highly recommend!!

There is nowhere better to stay in Salzburg than here. The location is in the heart of the town, right by the Plaza and restaurants. The rooms were so nice and well put together. Lovely technology in the room. The bed was immensely comfortable. The owner and staff were so nice and accommodating. The breakfast they do in the morning is delightful. It's one of the best places we've stayed in Europe.

A lovely, friendly hotel in a fantastic location. The Goldgasse is a beautiful street to walk down. All pedestrian. An easy walk to all the sights. Nice rooms and good breakfast. They provided a special breakfast for my sister, who is vegan. Highly recommended.

We think this is the smallest hotel we have ever stayed at. There were only 15 rooms altogether. We found out when we arrived. There's no receptionist after 7 p.m. I think but we're informed about access to the hotel after hours. If you plan to arrive late at night, you will need to inform them in advance. The hotel sent us a text asking for our arrival time. At first we were a bit concerned but with that many rooms perhaps it's doable as there were phone numbers for emergency contacts. We booked a superior double room. Our room comes with an individual unit of air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hot water dispenser for coffee/tea. Breakfast was good. This hotel maybe the closest one to the biggest Christmas market in old town Salzburg as there were a few other smaller Christmas markets as well. Old town Salzburg is such a unique and charming place. This is our third time in Salzburg.

Beautifully located small hotel close to Residenz Plaz. Be aware taxis can only come to the end of Goldgasse. I could only afford a single room as Salzburg isn't a cheap city however the room was beautifully appointed and very warm and cosy. The light switches are quite high-tec but worked it out (sort of) in the end. Plenty of hanging and storage space so I never felt cramped. I slept well and breakfast was good. I'm never quite comfortable when there isn't a 24-hour reception but luckily it didn't cause me any problems on this occasion. I'd be quite happy coming here again.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. We came in late due to Trains, and as we approached on the street the Desk clerk was coming from the other direction. She was waiting for us and we were so grateful they were on top of our being late. It's a small family hotel. Everybody was happy and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.

First of all, what a fantastic location. But what this hotel has is a wonderful, warm staff that make you feel like the most important guest in their hotel, even though they have 15 rooms. Great service and they always were attentive and took great care of our needs. They also gave us great advice on how to spend our time. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.
