Hotel with indifferent staff. Stopped 18.07.23. Written parking free, in fact 200 rubles per night. Parking is inconvenient for small liters, from those.rooms tried to make parking. Очень хороший отель. Расположение отличное - почти везде можно дойти пешком. К тому же отель недорогой. Мы вполне смогли себе позволить президентский номер. Номер выше всяких похвал. Реально огромный (единственный на этаже). В нем один только санузел размером с хороший стандартный номер. Балкон по моим прикидкам более 20 м2 (а может, и все 30). Первые пару дней никак не могла запомнить как пройти из спальни в столовую, потом запомнила дорогу. :-) В гостинице очень хорошая сауна (2 часа бесплатно по акции). Завтрак, конечно, не бог весть, но голодными не оставались. Теперь о недостатках. Во-первых, интернет. В столовой, гостинной, холле - интернет был отличный, а вот в спальне - еле-еле тянул. Во-вторых (и это главное) есть проблемы с горячей водой. Воду надо долго-долго сливать прежде чем тепленькая пойдет. Поначалу были в шоке, потом приладились. Утром встаешь и первым делом бежишь включать воду в душевой, ванне, биде и умывальнике. А потом уж занимаешься другими делами, пока водичка не нагреется. И уже после этого можно умываться, принимать душ и т.д.

I asked if I could settle earlier, I was categorically answered: we don't have rooms, I said. I asked to cancel the booking or move it for one day from August 17 to August 18. What she called the manager, after she said, nothing can be done. Dear visitors, never!!! Under no circumstances choose this hotel if you want a hammer relationship to yourself and anti-sanitation. A girl with a respiratory must be taken away and maybe then you will have customers. The best thing you could do was look for a different hotel, given this attitude towards visitors.

Very friendly staff, thank you very much, we had a good time. I like everything, clean, fresh, and delicious breakfast. I especially want to mention a beautiful bed where two children can be comfortably placed on an extra sofa. Upon check-in, the security guard was very friendly, he helped to park the car and escorted to the reception. They did not refuse to pour boiling water into a thermos. Everything is super good!

In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

The first room got cold and hot water in the morning went badly, but when the claim was submitted, we were moved to another room immediately. Thank you. They decided with friends on February 23 to go to Samara, to see the city and to walk. Stopped in this hotel, although for locals as I realized, ”Four Seasons” is more known as sauna than hotel. Although the room was ”luxe” , expectations were not overstated. But the room was liked: quite comfortable, clean, everything needed is available. True, the location is not very close to the historic center, but the locals said that Samara is long and it is also almost a center, but the area looks visually like a industrial zone, but it is tolerable. Book this hotel because I was in a hurry (never had a choice) and the hotel has the highest rating. I took as usual one double room with a double bed. I want to warn those who will also come. The room was very small: there was no dressing locker, just a hanging locker on the wall, there was no corridor, entered, divided, sat/laid on the bed, because there was no other seat! The only chair is clogged between the wall table and the bed. It is necessary to be ready for this! I had to eat in the room at an uncomfortable table in front of the TV, as in the common kitchen, of course, other people. Choosing ready sets of breakfast/dinner is scarce - peelmen/varenics/egg. The plumbing is good, the bed is kind, the pastel is clean white - no questions. The administrators are polite, pleasant, punctual, but the one that accompanied me was clearly not ready for the paperwork, did everything wrong, could not fix it. The location of the hotel is not close to the main attractions of Samara - the embankment, the museum of space. The view from the window to the road and the abandoned forest strip, so you can't sit with an open or even unstepped window in your cell. In general, think well before choosing this place to live.

Проживала с семьёй в люксе. Светлый и чистый номер: 2 подушки на каждого и очень мягкие одеяла. После прекрасного проведенного дня, очень приятно полежать и расслабиться в ванной. Хотелось отметить завтрак в отеле, можно сказать индивидуальный. Я веган и, что меня удивило, мне предоставили завтрак исключительно под мое питание. Приятно! Ну, а по локации отеля, одни плюсы. Тихое место, закрытая территория со своей большой парковкой. Есть места для отдыха, лавочки. Можно посидеть вечерком и просто слушать пение птиц и наслаждаться свежим воздухом. Спасибо !
