Wifi barely works & you can only access in the restaurant. Rooms aren’t cleaned well & even if you have a do not disturb sign they come into your room. The safes don’t worked either. Do not book your stay here. El Wi-Fi casi no trabaja y solamente lo pueden usar en el restaurante y de si pones que no entren al cuarto todavía entran. La caja fuerte tampoco trabajo no se queden acá!

No wifi in rooms. Lobby only. No free massage. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is amazing.

The hotel was very outdated but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food service was ok. If you want to be right on Spratt Bight beach it was right there but the beach is very crowded and the hotel is in a very noisy area especially at night time.

Everything was great, except a couple of issues in our rooms. On one the light kept going on an off all night and the window didn't lock... and the other one the light stopped working but they fixed it.
Also no wifi inside the rooms.
Service 10/10, clean and great location.

Es un muy buen hotel, tiene una excelente ubicación y además tiene un baño exclusivo para sus clientes que están en la playa. La comida es buena pero no es variada. Lo negativo a mi parecer es que queda muy cerca de las discotecas y esto puede afectar el sueño de algunos huéspedes y algo que si tienen que ver si o si de cómo mejorar aunque no depende únicamente del hotel es que por la zona que están ubicados hay una alcantarilla que se rebosa frecuentemente y cuando no hay brisa el olor es fétido y nauseabundo y alcanza a afectar las habitaciones que tienen vista al mar , en especial las que están al lado de la calle que está al lado del hotel. Fuera de esto el servicio es muy bueno, las habitaciones son cómodas . Cuando fui me tocó en la habitación que estaba al lado de ficha alcantarilla, la vista y la habitación era espectacular pero la contaminación auditiva y el olor era insoportable. Fui a iniciós de septiembre a San Andrés y por lo que me di cuenta siguen con las mismas problemáticas, con la excepción de que dónde quedaba la habitación donde me hospede ahora estan haciendo una construcción que aparentemente es una extensión del hotel. Ojalá puedan mejorar el tema de la cañería porque el hotel realmente es bueno.
