I visited the hotel in abril 2021 with My family and the experience was better that we thought , there was perfect for us, the hotel was amazing, is bigger, clean and refresghing, the atention of the hotel people was very quikly and satisfactory, the menu was gorgeous and had different kind of meal, the bedrooms was bigger, had a good a/c and the beds was comfortable and very clean, the hotel pools was clean and the water feels so good, the places like San andresito and the beach is near and have a good Sistem for visitors because they help You with the transport from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the airport, the security for yours personal things is good. Is a place that probably You want to visit more than one time like us.

For a three star hotel, this is worth the price. It's a little rundown, but clean, good beds, great staff. Breakfast had good options for Americans.

This hotel is not good. The chain has two more hotels, Centro and Campo and those are good. This one you should avoid. They rented us a room that should not be occupied. It has watter leaking from a window, the place is falling apart. Everywhere you see there is something that needs work done.

Exceptional staff. We had a group of 15 which included my autistic 13 year old. The staff was unbelievably serviceable, the food options great! We’ll definitely be back to San Andrés and will stay @ Sea Flower! Highly recommend for any autistic guests.

Estuve con un grupo de buceo y realmente fue muy cómodo el hotel para nuestra actividad. El personal es sencillamente excelente! Todos muy atentos y solidarios proporcionando soluciones a cualquier inconveniente. El restaurante es muy bueno y variado tanto en los desayunos cómo en los almuerzos o cena que se puede cambiar según la actividad que se realice. Muy limpio y ordenado. Las habitaciones a la calle son muy ruidosas pero tienen linda vista. Se pueden visitar los otros hoteles de la cadena, la pileta está a 3 cuadras y es preciosa. Está muy cerca del puerto donde salen excursiones varias y de la playa. Es una muy buena opción si visitan San Andrés que con su mar turquesa con mucha vida marina, sus playas y su gente es un paraíso

Buena relación precio/calidad, buffet muy surtido, rica comida, excelente el servicio del personal. Pagué por una atención especial de cumpleaños y el personal fue muy atento y condescendiente. Habitación amplia, decoración algo anticuada y se sentía el ruido de fuera.
