One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late night a Monday. 7PM maybe. The room was filthy. Hairs in the bathroom, floor was dirty and dusty. Went to the reception desk to ask for a cleaning. The girl at the desk told me “it’s not my job to do it. The cleaning lady is already off duty but I can do it as a favor”. That was kilos me of a red flag but whatever right?. Next day at breakfast i found an insect fried in my eggs. Went back to the desk and asked to talk to the manager. At first the guy was very kind and polite. Outraged about what happened. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights (5 in total, asking for a 4 night refund). He told me he didn’t do refunds and “sue me if you want”. After that he told me he was going to check the cameras and make sure I didn’t put the insect there. After all that BS, he again told me: “sue me if you want. I’ll defend myself”. I found a different hotel and got the hell out of there!

We had bed bugs in both of the rooms we got. (Pulgas en la cama) Spent most of the time scratching ourselves 😭

O hotel é bastante agradável e tem quartos espaçosos. A WIFi funciona bem. O café da manhã é somente OK e básico - entrega ovos, pãos, sucos, café de boa qualidade. Faltou um bolinho ou doce. A distância é um ponto a ser levado em conta, uma vez que o hotel dista uns 15min do centro andando. Nada que pese numa vez - mas em 4 ou 5 dias, pode incomodar ou se traduzir em gastos com taxi (Cerca de Us$ 7 a cada uso) O atendimento da recepção é bem cortês e colaborativo. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. As janelas dos quartos tem um estranho filme preto que blindam a vista. A piscina é linda e tem espriguiçadeiras deliciosas no entorno.

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, quarto com um cheiro forte de mofo, sofás encardidas, ambiente desorganizado. Sem condição de hospedagem. Não deveria estar enquadrado em um hotel 4 estrelas por não atender aos requisitos. Tivemos que procurar outro hotel com melhores condições para hospedar. Porém san andres como um todo foi uma experiência bem desagradável, sem infra estrutura, sem saneamento, mal cheiro de esgoto nas ruas, muitos abusadores que te aplicam golpes de vender gato por lebre. Em todas as paradas de praias que fizeram os precisa pagar, tudo é adaptado e mal feito, além de péssima limpeza em tudo. Ao recomendo essa viagem para quem busca conforto e comodidade.

Pésima atención. Check in una hora tarde a las 4 pm. La señora de la recepción no dejó pendiente mi entrega y se demoraron mucho. El sofá de la habitación que era “suite” sucio con arena. El piso sin barrer. Las almohadas con pelos. No hay toallas en piscina. En la habitación está viejas y rotas y solo te dan dos. Para el desayuno toca hacer fila de 25 minutos. Entregue una camiseta para lavandería y me la perdieron. La atención es muy mala. El aseo es pobre.

El personal es extremadamente cordial y servicial. El hotel es estéticamente fotográfico pero la habitación en la que estuvimos hospedados tenía una sensación extrema de humedad, el olor era muy penetrante, la puerta del baño no cerraba por completo, las cañerías del baño desprendían mal olor, el jabón de manos estaba podrido, no había jabón para el cuerpo, la cabina de la ducha se veía muy sucia, las toallas ya pedían a gritos cambio. La relación precio-comodidades está muy desfasada, se paga mucho pero se recibe poco. El menú del desayuno es muy monótono y la estación de agua y café a veces se queda corta. No hay snacks en la tarde, tampoco actividades con los huéspedes. Punto a favor es que pudimos alojarnos con nuestra mascota.

Aparte del dueño que es excesivamente grosero y mal educado, no recomiendo El agua salada de las duchas, es horrible, el dueño es un abusivo y ladrón, recibí un cargo de una extra noche, llame y dice que por un escándalo con otros clientes. Obviamente supe quien hizo eso porque éramos varias parejas en la piscina, cuando le llamé, me contestó de manera grosera, ofensiva y baste amenazante ( que informó la policía y autoridades para que no pudiera regresar a la isla) pedí pruebas y nunca me las presentó, aparte me colgó el teléfono. Definitivamente no puedo recomendar este hotel cuando hacen cargos ilegales, booking me informó que es completamente ilegal y mucho menos sin presentar pruebas. afortunadamente todo se solucionó después de varias semanas
