This may be a different review, but I wanted to be simple and straightforward so it can be helpful to future guests so they can be prepared for what to expect.
CONS:
- Besides what I had paid online, I was also charged $50,000 Colombian pesos during the check-in for a supposed "insurance of the hotel."
- The reception staff was nothing nice and had a terrible attitude. Bad customer service.
- The WiFi range did not reach the room. We had to sit in the lobby or on the couches outside of the room to use the internet.
- There was no place and nothing to hang our cloths.
PROS:
- The cafeteria staff are more friendly and nicer than the receptionist.
- The daily breakfast was delicious.
- The hotel is within short walking distance from the beach, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and more.
- The housekeepers were such great people and they used to leave the room impeccable. I give them 10 out of 10.
I hope the management team receive these feedback well and hopefully they can improve them.

Excelente hotel, muy cómoda todas sus instalaciones cerca a la playa el personal también muy atento. La comida excelente. Lo recomiendo mucho para sus próximas vacaciones en la isla, los tours que ofrecen desde el hotel muy buenos también.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado, la atención de sus empleados es uno A, vale la pena repetir la experiencia de visitar este hotel más adelante. Además lo que uno necesita, es comodidad, las habitaciones con sus camas son muy cómodas, en cuanto a la alimentación, variada y excelente, me gusta esta hotel y mucho.

Excelente el servicio, la comida, la ubicacion muy cerca al mar y la zona comercial, sus habitaciones muy amplias y comodas nos encanto super recomendadisimo el hotel 10 de 10 volvería sin duda alguna , el tema de los tour que nos obsequiaron fue lo maximo

Excelente ubicación cerca a la playa principal, personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, las habitaciones impecables hacían aseo diario, buena alimentación. Repetiría la experiencia en el mismo hotel por su calidad y precio económico.

Excelente servicio, habitaciones amplias y confortables, fuimos una pareja y nos dieron una habitación multiple porque tenian disponibilidad entonces la experiencia fue aun mejor. Excelente ubicación a media cuadra de la playa principal
