Había reservado cinco días, por problemas de tiempo atmosférico AA me retrasó un día todo el viaje, pero este hotel SE NEGÓ A RETRASAR LA RESERVA por lo que tuve que pagar un día más.
Salvo una recepcionista afro bastante borde, el resto de los recepcionistas fueron majos.
Muy buen café todo el día, pero no entran diariamente a limpiar.
Dicen que tienen espuma de afeitar y after shave pero es mentira.
Si no fuera por el dinero que me cobraron, quizá repetiría

They should explain to customers that check has limited time even if you paid the room a head of time.

We were there to see our son graduate from basic training. The location was perfect only 10 min away. I appreciate how quiet it was. We were able to go to bed early as we had to be at the base very early.

Property was nice, very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating. Didn't like the fact that housekeeping never came to take our trash from the room. Overall, a great hotel!

Trip was for visiting my daughter during her Air Force basic training graduation. Very happy with accommodations from this hotel. I will definitely stay again. Great breakfast bar, wonderful room, and always had hot coffee ready. Front desk staff no matter the time was immaculate and helpfulness and with check in and out process.

Room needs to be updated! Bathrooms are old and outdated. Not what I’m used to with the Hampton Inn brand. Not great.

The property was nice could use some new carpets and bathroom fixtures. Outside could use a lounge area with heaters for winter and fans for Summer. The staff was awesome, check in was a breeze.

My stay was great the room was very clean and bed was very comfortable there was a housing complex behind the hotel a bowling alley / Arcade / Billards / restaurant next door and 2 restaurants in front place was well lit up we also saw security vehicle quiet often circling around overall it was a great stay for us
