COMPLETE GARBAGE. THIS PLACE IS BC ACTUAL LITERAL TRASH. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. THEY SUCK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS ASS.

Staff was extremely helpful,found dirty bed sheets as we checked in our bedroom the area is full of homeless people all around us makes you feel uncomfortable also no bathroom in lobby have to go all the way to your room very hard if you’re elderly or a child als why do you have to reset your room key everyday very annoying

A bit disappointed in the fact that you have to pay additional $25 to check in before 4pm. We checked in at 2pm. Also have to pay $15 per day to park your vehicle on property.

Bathroom in lobby was filthy, Front desk employee stayed on her personal cell phone during the entire check in process, talking and laughing. The call even dropped and she stopped check in process to call the person back. Super loud, Bar outside could be heard loudly until 2am, and a huge gap under the door allowed you to hear everything in the hallway. Door from the parking garage did not work with key and remote to TV also did not work.

The staff was wonderful. Building and rooms are very nice for the price. Stayed 2 weeks, would do it again. Very close to everything on the river walk and the Alamo. Less then a mile from grocery stores.

First and foremost I want to thank the make receptionist I can’t recall his name he upgraded our room. Our room had no fridge I didnt know it didn’t have one when I reserved, next the blow dryer wasn’t working. The shower head didn’t move. The iron didn’t work I had to go downstairs and get one. The mattress was so bumpy. And at night someone kept knocking at our door and when I would check no one was there.

The check in time is 4pm. They made everyone wait until 4pm. to check them in. This caused a longer line up than necessary. Even if the rooms aren't available yet, they can let the clients know. It's the first hotel I've ever stayed at where they made you wait exactly at 4pm for check in. The place itself and the service was just average. The location was pretty good though
