Très bien. L’hôtel est juste éloigné du centre-ville, pour un voyageur à pied il faut marcher quelques minutes.

I would never recommemd anyone stay at this property. Furishings were decades old worn out, broken, threadbare, faded and dirty. The place had a strong musty smell throughout the hallways. I did not feel safe or secure upon checking in and seeing the room. I decided to leave immediately and not come back.

It was a 1 night with 3 kids stay. Pool was indoor and warm (81°) and fun. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking area felt safe.

Very average. We were expecting something a little newer. Room and stairwell had a weird smell. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Furniture and carpet could use a good shampooing. Shower curtain rod was hanging and were surprised it didn’t fall down during our stay and we’d be charged for it. Needs to be fixed before the next person that stays there gets the blame. Daytime front desk gal could use a personality. A “thank you” goes a long way with me. Looks like I’m annoying them, doesn’t set well. We are paying you to stay at your hotel. Be grateful.

Not so good. We stayed ground floor, and the noise was annoying late at night from the second floor.

It was good place to sleep. There was nothing close by to eat but the market was fairly closed. 15 minute walk

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was great! Our room was a bit worn, chipped paint, broken lights, etc. The pullout couch was dirty. We had two lightbulbs out in our room that we offered to change if they had the bulbs and they said they did not and no maintenance was available on Saturdays. That made the kitchenette area very dark and difficult to prepare food. The exterior and neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we didn’t necessarily feel unsafe. They let us check in early and check out late which was very nice.

The cost was reasonable, however, the area was not safe and the website vs the actual property was so different. The website was misleading. It said "room service" which I thought meant food, but the hotel said it meant cleaning service. The website said "restaurant" and there was no restaurant.

I recently stayed for the weekend and ended up getting bitten by bedbugs and when I called to let the hotel know they tried to call me a liar and said they just had pest control and didn’t have anything wrong with the hotel as well as the the receptionist being rude when I told her what was going on
