Hmm i'm a little torn with this rating, staff was amazing truth be told, parking is $10 a night, with absoloutely no parking available...you have to park so far, as a single mom with two children in a different city its a bit alarming, theft was mentioned in reviews, and the bed is hard as a rock, making my two nights unrestful with backache. I love staying at Marriotts; just I will think twice now to actually listen to reviews prior, a couple people had mentioned this before, I overlooked it.

The property is nice. The staff is very friendly. A little wear and tear in the rooms but clean. I would stay there again.

Terrible, and unpolite staff.
Even though they have ample parking, they charge extra. Not nice, they should tell in advance.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and never had an issue until this most recent stay, the pillows on my bed upon arrival had BLOOD STAINS on the back of them, I was very disgusted and disappointed

Amazing staff and rooms. Only downer was I was not aware I had to pay to park my car while I stayed here. Oterwise, amazing experience!

The beds are TERRIBLE and the make matters worse they charge for parking in the suburbs

pros…great window view to watch fireworks from six flags…and pretty clean overall
Cons….no breakfast at all …not even maybe fruit, muffins, something to feed kids, Bistro closed, no microwave in rooms, they have 1 microwave for all guests next to reception desk , I asked and front desk staff said they wanted their staff to be with their families. I get it..hire seasonal staff so WE can at least have resources that the hotel website description says Breakfast and Bistro. They should’ve posted not available. Be transparent. And lastly my thermostat of room kept defaulting to 72 for cool and heat. Housekeeping or desk staff no knowledge how to work it. Advised building maintenance only one. Like location but next time before I book hotel must call to make sure they have restaurants open inside hotel

It was good. There was no microwave in the room. was not happy, we needed to heat up some food. But all in all it was very nice place to stay.
