飯店的餐點，相對而言，很不錯。只是茶包選擇不多，第一天喝過的茶包不知何故，從此不再出現，只剩一種選擇。地點，對在地遊客應該不錯，有車可停，出入方便。整潔乾淨，明亮度也不錯。

I loved the walking proximity to the riverwalk, Alamo, restaurants and numerous attractions. The hotel is not fancy but clean, and they have a very good breakfast. There is much construction going on around the area. I was extremely disappointed I wasn’t advised or discounted for the fact that one of the bathrooms in our 2 bedroom suite only had cold water, due to some construction. We were not all family in the 2 suites so using just one shower was inconvenient in the morning.

The property was ok. We traveled with children so we got a suite with a kitchenette. Stay was average. Rooms could use an update. The first night we could not sleep because we kept hearing some banging noises and walking on the top floors as if somebody kept dropping weights or boulders on the floor above us. Maybe it was the gym? Not sure, but the noise went on for a long time until it died down very late. AC was very noisy as well.

Many homeless. Nice that is walking distance to the alamo and riverwalk but not very safe for evening

Roomy accommodations. A bit older and a little worn, but spacious. Good value for the price. Located well, near downtown. Helpful staff.

I am in the hospitality business and know how hard it is to find caring staff. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful with all of our questions/requests. The room was well cared for--some of the furniture was a little bit worn. The location was good--a 5 minute walk to the Alamo and about 10 minutes to the Riverwalk. I would definitely stay at this location again.

First room had small roaches....on toilet, bathroom counter squashed and in bathroom drawer. Was moved to new room same size and it was clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is well maintained. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Valet parking from the nicest staff. I look forward to staying here again. Not one complaint. I highly recommend this hotel.
