The property wasn’t in the best area but nothing in san Antonio is . Management was very nice and helpful, the new building we stayed in was average BUT they need a new house keeper . Everything was dirty the room building and hallways, the comforter had burn holes in them both beds . Tv remote battery’s where did so no tv ( no we didn’t go to office and ask for battery’s )

The property was nice and very clean. The property is very close to the arena. The only thing the doors that lead into building malfunction causing me to wait outside in the cold till someone could open the door from the inside.

Clean, nice, friendly, inexpensive. Not a 5 star Paris hotel, but just fine. Felt safe.
Do wish the large TV was easier to understand. Could not find over the air channels.

I am extremely disappointed with the bad service of the front desk guy on this location. He was really rude and unrespecful. I am not sure about what’s going on out there but doesn’t matter if you invest money on hotel repairs. Customer service should be the priority 1. You should hire competent people.

Just what we were looking for, comfortable, simple, clean. Nearby overnight stay to attend bowl game. Really like the friendliness of a family owned business. That being said, the new refurbished rooms are nice, beds are comfy, however there are small signs that attention to regular maintenance needs to be a priority or the freshness might soon wear off.

This isn’t in the best area of San Antonio, but the parking at the hotel and cleanliness of the rooms are great. Good staff as well.

My sister and step daughter did not even check in. They drove around the facility, did not feel they would be safe there, and chose not to stay there.

Very Big and spacious rooms, big comfortable king size beds wonderful to sleep on had a great rest woke up feeling refreshed. Huge ceiling fan and great air conditioning worked really well our room was very clean we were very impressed. Newly remodeled and renovated the hotel was so much nicer than I expected. you will enjoy your stay there very quiet and peaceful area. I felt very safe there. I would definitely stay there again. Close to the mall close to the airport easy access to highway. Great location. You should check it out.
