The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time
Will definitely stay there again.

When I come to San Antonio I just want to make sure I come in and ready to relax and not worry about if my room not ready or if my room was not clean everything was in tip top shape thank you and your staff for showing great workmanship and doing thing in an excellent manner

Bathroom light didnt work the whole time i was there multiple broken items around the hotel elevators made loud concerning noises hottub was shut down. Tried to move us from our king suite to a double bed room with full beds bc of bathroom light. Toilet clogged from just once wipe of toilet paper muliple times. Bottom floor door at the bottom of the stairs was locked so after having to take the stairs from the 9th floor bc we waited for the elevator 3 times and every time it was full and our ride was waiting outside had to go back up two flights of stairs to get out of the stair well and still wait for a elevator. Plus on top of it the ac kept automatically turning on heat. Also no shampoo or conditioner in room upon arrival. Lets just say i was not very pleases with this place and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Location is pretty good, 5min walk from the Riverwalk and main attractions.
However, the hotel itself has some issues, like staff not as friendly as expected and outdated wardrobe - definitely in need for a renovation.

The hotel stay was average as the rating posted. There were several things that happened that made the room less attractive.
One issue was the toilet ran for quite a long time after ever flush, another was the sink had a constant leak that pooled on the floor.
The elevators in the building were also SLOW, it took several minutes for them to reach our floor for 3 out of the 4.5 days we stayed.
Ice machines on my floor were not in operation and I had to get ice from a machine several floors above.
The key was also not programmed for the appropriate time and one day before checkout it was deactivated and I had to go to the front desk to get a new one; which took about 30 mins.
The concierge team with the "promotions" were overly forward and discourteously forward in pushing their promotions. One individual actually followed my wife and I all the way to the elevator to push the promotion; which we found quite inappropriate.
The valets were very friendly and helpful, as were the desk associates but these other issues made the stay simply adequate rather than great.
