Very nice property. Great room, quiet and clean.
I couldn’t find any negatives at this property. Definitely would stay again.

Stay there 4 nights I told them every day to clean room they never did was charged for a 5th day they where going to clean room they had come to the door early and said that the whole floor smelled of smoke but only came to my door I let them in there was no smoke in my room they did say I need to reg my partner who is much younger than me I went to the front desk paid and he came with me we PD and left as they were going to clean room when I returned the girl at front desk yelled across the lobby Mr Dxxx x I'm evicting you for smoking I ever did smoke in my room she also said you're key no longer works I will escort you to your room to get your things my partner was told he needed to wait outside while she in front of multiple guests told me they dont want are kind in San Bernardino i was charged for that night and 250 more im a senior disabled vet I took pictures as i never smoked in room and why did they rerent to me to only then put me on the street this happened at 1 pm

The first room had hair on the bed . We got another room no problem but this room the vent in the toilet didnt work . Also when it says parking available its always included we were charged extra for parking. Ive been other places and it says parking available but not included so you already know you going to be charged. The same issue with the breakfast. .

Disappointed that I ordered a $18.00 dollar burger and was charged almost $8.00 service charge. After I finished my burger went down to the store for dessert and was informed the store closed early! Real dissapointment.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and, laundry on site, and you HAVE to try the morning breakfast buffet!!

Our room was on the 3rd floor, from the minute we walked off the elevator there was a damp smell. In our room, any plug to use in the bedroom were on a lamp, the lamp needed to be on for the plug to work. Wasnt the best when you wanted to sleep without a light in your face. Was kind of pricey for what we got.

Rooms were comfy, and spacious, smart tvs to log into your accounts. Water pressure was bad, staff inconsiderate, and cookies are not as good as they used to be. Also waited 2 hours for my cookies.
