I should have believed all the horrible Spanish and English reviews that this place is dishonest scammers. The room smelled awful, it is SO loud, total nightmare with non-stop traffic and paper thin walls so you hear other guests. Everything inside is CHEAP! Horrible quality single use packets of toiletries, thin cheap TP, all oven knobs broken, mismatched furniture. And they’re not good people! GREEDY. I booked one night and asked to revise to two, I was informed it was best to cancel the one night and rebook for two. So I rebooked for two nights but tried to cancel and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME for the one night reservation! They just stole the money. Really awful treatment, I DO NOT recommend this placr for tourists, or anyone who wants to feel relaxed and respected. It’s WAY too loud and not worth the money. Other people left reviews about being scammed on price as well. Didn’t matter what I said, the refused to refund me. I clearly didn’t need two reservations. Save yourself the nightmare and book ANYWHERE else. They also moved me from room to room and said they’d place my luggage in my new room, I left the suite spotless at 9a, returned at 5p to find no employees in the lobby (yet again) and all of my belongings unattended and unsecured! Just sitting in their wide open lobby ALL DAY. Why?? They control the heat so I had to ask them to turn it up, they’re stingy and rude. Muy malo. Everywhere else I stayed in Argentina was GREAT.

The staff at Altos del Nahuel was very helpful and accommodating. The three women working at the front desk and in the kitchen went out of their way to help us with various things.

Ximena was very helpful with everything and de Cabaña was clean with a beautiful view.

Es un apart hotel con piezas grandes, buen agua caliente, muy buena calefacción, servicio muy amable, muy buen estado de conservación, buenas camas y muy limpio. La ubicación es buena con respecto al lago y con vista al mismo, la distancia a Bariloche es moderada (4 km) . El desayuno es sencillo y era optativo, pero a precio muy razonable. La relación precio calidad es excelente. Volvería

Nuestro vuelo de regreso a Buenos Aires se postergó por 3 días y debimos buscar un alojamiento de urgencia. Buscando en la web nos decidimos por el apart lejano Nahuel. El apartamento 9 resultó ser amplio y cómodo. El servicio de limpieza y el desayuno muy buenos. Realmente una gran eleccion atendiendo a precio y calidad.

Excelente vista y muy buena atención de su personal. El desayuno muy completo. El servicio de lavandería sumó muchos puntos a favor (abonando un pequeño costo extra) ya que tenés la ropa totalmente lista en un par de horas. Sin dudas, volveremos!

Esta a 5km del centro pero muy accesible para tomar un uber o remis. Heramos 3 adultos . La cabaña muy espaciosa y cómoda. Todo muy limpio. El servicio de la administración es excelente. Se los puede contactar a cualquier hora. Hermosa vista al lago. Pregunten en la administración por Raul. Ofrece un excelente servicio de remis totalmente personalizado. Es un negocio familiar. Todo muy recomendado. Gracias!!!

Muito boa hospedagem. Quartos enormes, como se fosse um JK. Tem até fogão a quem interessar. Calefação bem quente, piso aquecido, cama boa, banho bom, estacionamento e a equipe do hotel extremamente simpática! Uma pequena o desjejum ser tão pobre. 4 media lunas, leite e café. Porém a preço justo. Isolamento acústico tem que melhorar, embora não tenhamos tido problemas a esse respeito pelo hotel estar meio vazio.
