What a hidden beauty !!! Deffo more than a 3* . Staff was so attentive , they couldn’t do enough for you !!! After arriving late they made check in very quick and simple , even kept the bar open so we could relax before bed . The next morning we was met by Karin with bus timetables , maps of places to visit and where to catch the bus and by our tickets !! Above and beyond . Our room was spotless , cleaned everyday and given fresh towels . Alex the night porter was so friendly and so was the lady that served us in the evenings in the bruschetta bar (sorry didn’t catch her name ) even came and said good night when her shift had finished . The food I. The hotel restaurant was beautiful , hot and fresh and all served at the same time to 18 of us !! . The pool was clean and well maintained with a shower room at the side so we could still get showered after we had checked out ready for our evening flight . I would definitely recommend this hotel . We had an issue with our transfers not turning up but not a problem for the staff at this hotel , they had it sorted straight away with another provider making our holiday as relaxing as possible . Nice rooms, very spacious   amazing views and the front desk staff is very helpful, knowledgeable.and friendly/ welcoming.  A lovely full breakfast with so many choices and delicious. Parking was limited since the hotel was full but I did manage to find a spot . The restaurant was disappointing in that they charged the 2.50 euro pp cover charge  when we were hotel guests. I understand if we were not guests but when we patronize their establishment and they charge a cover charge makes no sense. We ate off site the remainder of our stay on principal. The pool is huge as is the property

I was so dissapointed because they sell they have air conditioner and THEY DONT. No safety box in the room and the bed very hard. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of variety. The staff of the bar, breakfast and dinner are very helpful and friendly.

I stayed at that place for one night with a group of seven people. A few weeks prior to our stay, they had already created a WhatsApp group and provided me with all the necessary information. As the date approached, they asked if we would like to arrange dinner. I made a reservation for 7 o'clock, but on the day itself, we couldn't make it on time and had to cancel. However, they kept our booking in case we arrived early and were concerned that we might get hungry on our way there. After 10 p.m., we were certain that we couldn't make it to dinner. They even offered us some snacks in case we had nowhere else to eat. When we finally arrived at midnight, they had left me all the check-in information in WhatsApp, as if they weren't expecting many staff members to be at the reception. The staff were incredibly considerate, lovely, polite, and helpful. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced, even compared to the many five-star hotels I have stayed at during my travels. The next morning, I asked for assistance in arranging a wine tasting at a vineyard. They went above and beyond, making calls to at least three vineyards and even sending emails when they couldn't reach them by phone. Even after we checked out, they followed up with an email and informed me that there was feedback from the vineyard. Their service exceeded my expectations. I feel compelled to write this to show my appreciation for the hotel team and the excellent customer service they provided. I also want to mention that I booked directly with the hotel and got the best rate available.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. I loved the grounds and the location. Beds just need better pillows.

This hotel is the essence of Tuscany, located in the prettiest part we visited. The restaurant was outstanding, and there are 2 other options to eat and taste wine within 5 minutes walk. The staff could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful property and staff was so helpful and friendly! We would definitely recommend staying here! Only a 10 minute drive from San Gimignano and wineries. The pool and food at the hotel were also fantastic!

Fabulous area and our Olivo apartment was lovely and private. Food was amazing and service friendly and very accommodating. Pool such a treat after a day of sightseeing in the heat of the day. Thankyou to all the staff who made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. We travelled a long way to have a well deserved holiday in Italy and not disappointed.

Beautiful location, excellent facilities, close to town and tourist attractions. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean and spacious.
