We stayed here for 3 nights,and,reading the reviews,the expectaitions were high. Unfortunatelly,our experience here was not great. The views are amazing and that's where the positives ends. The rooms are small and dated.And very cold during night time(no access to heating) The host,very often gave us the impression we were not welcomed thre,the only time we saw her smilling was when we checked out and paid our bill. Probably the most disspointing was the food.The breakfast was poor,with cold scrambled eggs,salami,cheese and a few tarts beeing served every day. One night we decided to have dinner there and again,it was a big disspointment:same salami from breakfast and a bruschetta for antipasto,a soggy pasta for primo piatto and a pork dish for main meal. Overall a not so nice experience.

Beautiful place! Gorgeous views! Our room was on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of San Gimignano. We enjoyed several afternoons relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. We ate dinner there 1 evening and wish we had eaten there more often. Dinner was amazing! We hope to plan a trip there again!

We had the BEST stay here for our honeymoon to Tuscany. All staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean and large. The food provided for breakfast was excellent. The best part about this property is the views! The view of San Gimignano was indescribable! Highly recommend!

This is a small and simple Agritourism located a short drive from the main town. The rooms are rustic and not fussy but clean. The views are really excellent, making it very suitable for a warm weather stay when you can sit inside outside. It’s surrounded by vineyards and olive Groves. They were unfortunately not serving dinner when I stayed there because they said that there were not enough guests at the time to justify running the kitchen — which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, we went to the agriturismo down the street and ended up having a nice meal there, so that turned out fine. Breakfast was decent, with some homemade cakes, etc. Good place to go if you’re looking for a simple place with no frills away from the tourist crowds.
