This place is magnificent. The people, the food, the room, the views, absolutely everything. When we arrived I had a terrible cold and there was no real soup on the menu. We told the waitress as I was sick and ordered something else. She came back a minute later and told us the chef could make me some vegetable soup. It was a creamy soup and was a fantastic comfort food. Just what I needed and wanted. These people go out of their way to make everything perfect. The atmosphere of this place is incredible and I would highly recommend them. Very clean, comfortable beds with nice bedding, and a fantastic restaurant. It was too cold to swim but what a beautiful pool with a view of San Gimignano.

Rebecca, Barbara, Patrick and Eugene made our stay absolutely perfect. We rode e-bikes to San Gimignano, had a private wine tasting, relaxed by the pool and ate amazing meals. We didn’t want to leave! Definitely recommend- it’s wonderful

Upon arrival, you could see the level of detail in the design of hotel. The glass fronted restaurant provided a panoramic view of the vineyards and San Gimignano, which was so picturesque. The room designed are superb, all have windows that are situated to see the amazing views. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting was was fantastic, the tour was ok. The food was exceptional. Being critical: The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. The hotel wasn’t able to provide taxis when required. I think there should be a day shuttle to the local town of San Gimignano - although we throughly enjoyed the hour and half walk, it’s walking on main roads which can be deemed unsafe. We booked the spa area for ourselves, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We was only notified 5 mins before we entered the spa area. This was extremely disappointing. Although I know this wasn’t a direct fault of the hotel, it was just frustrating. Overall, we was really impressed with the hotel, it lived up to our expectations and was a pleasure to stay in.

The grounds and buildings are spectacular and the staff were amazing. We had an issue with the property manager. We were charged for a dinner we did not have and he refused to deduct it from our bill. Very professional. There wine is really delicious and Francesca and Julia were fantastic.

The surrounding and views were absolutely stunning. Even much better in reality, than on their promotional pictures. I could not get enough of those views, just like a painting. Food was very good, also their wine. Staff very kind. I loved the design of the hotel - modern with typical tuscan touch. You can not miss this place!

Incredibly beautiful grounds and views. The staff is amazing. Grab some wine and relax by the pool for a few days in the middle of your Italy travels - you won't regret it! If you arrive by train - call Mormoraia 2 weeks prior to arrange pick up.

The views speak for themselves. However the restaurant was some of the best food we had in all of Tuscany. Service staff incredibly friendly and happy to help with whatever you need. On property wine tasting was fun and informative, but the best part is sitting outside with a bottle of their great wine and soaking in the Tuscan countryside. Short drive to San Gimignano for shopping, lunch, gelato and historical tours.

Thank you, to the entire staff of Mormoraia! All I can say is that we are now home and miss your wonderful establishment so much. From the moment we arrived, our 5- night stay was top-notch. After traveling and spending time in more crowded cities, we were ready for a more peaceful, tranquil environment and Mormoraia did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, with San Gimignano's medieval towers in the distance, as well as being surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The chef prepares great food, the breakfast is plentiful and so good. I had a massage there, and it was one of the best I've had. Everyone is friendly and so helpful ~ congrats to the staff of Mormoraia! You are the best!

We spent 5 nights at Mormoraia and loved it. The views were great. The bed was the most comfortable of the 4 places we stayed in Italy. The room was clean and well stocked. The restaurant was good as was the included breakfast. Antonio and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. They did whatever they could to ensure that our stay was pleasant and went smooth. They were also a big help in scheduling taxi's and were pleasant to work with in trip planning. And we cannot forget the 4 cats that roam the property and love to be petted. They also had a nice pool area, which we enjoyed. The only problem with our room was that there was no table or desk to serve as a work area. Other than that - the place was perfect.
