Beautiful hotel, very affordable, and amazing location in the heart of Historic center.! The staff are very helpful, the room are spacious , perfectly cleaned and maintained, with AC. Closed to all restaurant , and 1 mile away from the closest beach.

We were here during Hurricane Norma and felt very safe and well taken care of. The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building in the heart of the Arts District. Walk to everything in town! Beautiful modern decor. We stayed in room 217 facing the street and had two big sliding doors that let in loads of natural light, and a kitchenette.

We only stayed here for one night but we'd come back again. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. The location is great - only a block to two from the main square. It can get noisy but it was mostly from the construction in the morning right below our room.

Disappointing Experience: Noisy Room and Unhelpful ManagementI recently stayed, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned to was incredibly noisy, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Despite reaching out to the hotel manager for assistance, I was met with unhelpfulness and a lack of resolution to the issue.From the moment I checked in, I noticed the excessive noise in the room, which seemed to be coming from both outside and within the hotel itself. The disruptions persisted throughout the night, greatly impacting my comfort and ability to rest.In hopes of finding a solution, I promptly contacted the hotel manager to address the noise issue. However, I was met with disappointment as the manager failed to provide any meaningful assistance or offer alternative accommodations. Their dismissive response only added to my frustration and left me feeling undervalued as a guest.As someone who values peaceful and restful accommodations when traveling, the experience fell short of my expectations. The lack of effective communication and assistance from the management team only served to exacerbate the situation.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers based on my experience. Until the management addresses issues such as noise control and improves their customer service, guests may find themselves facing similar frustrations during their stay.

Muy decepcionada, es la cuarta vez que llegó a este Hotel, siempre hay Recepcionistas diferentes, no dura el personal y en esta ocasión dejo mucho que desear el trato mal humorado y estresado de las 2 nuevas Recepcionistas y poca capacitación,pedí que me dirán habitación sin ruido de la calle me dieron la más ruidosa, pedí cambio pague la diferencia y no tenía control el Aire Acondicionado lo tuvieron que prenderlo con uno de otra habitación y NO ME LO QUISO DEJAR!! aunque no estaba ocupada.......

Ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico para descansar o negocios es excelente ya que San José del cabo aunque tiene playas no en todas se puede bañar pero en sus alrededores rumbo a cabo del este hay un as playas hermosas y muy tranquilo incluso para pesca de orilla

Buen precio, muy buena ubicación ya que queda en el centro, la atención de todos los trabajadores es muy buena. Las habitaciones son bonitas, amplias y suficientes, están limpias y con aire condicionado. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Lo recomiendo 100%

Un hotel muy lindo ubicado en el corazón de San José cerca de la Plaza, de la iglesia y un trato súper, cordial y agradable…lo que más me encanto de este hotel es súper limpio y acogedor, gracias mil.

Un hotel muy bonito y muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena. Todo limpio, muy buenas instalaciones y el servicio del personal es excelente! Y el precio es accesible. Muy recomendable, ambiente familiar.
